Cancellations

 

ORDERS MUST BE CANCELLED VIA EMAIL AND TELEPHONE!! ON RARE OCCASION WE DON’T RECEIVE YOUR MESSAGE SO IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER, YOU MUST DO BOTH!!

Your order may be cancelled at any time with the exception of the Following. Once your order has shipped it is not able to be cancelled , its already on its way to you............ so enjoy it!

Refused shipments will be subject to 20% restocking fee and freight charges in both directions.

Returns

OUR RETURNS POLICY

You may return many items sold by Southwest Trading within 15 days of delivery. Please note that we are unable to exchange items. Returns of items which are not defective will incur a 20% restocking fee, as well as shipping in both directions.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids. This specifically includes all generators, chainsaws, pressure washers, water pumps, gasoline driven lawn and garden tools, lawn mowers, and other similar related items which require a flammable liquid to operate in a fuel combustion process, or which uses oil or related products for lubrication. Any defective item in this category will need to be taken to the closest warranty service center for warranty repair in case of difficulties.
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
  • Any product that is not in its orginal as new condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. This includes all packaging, manuals, accessories, and related materials.
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use.

Items shipped in error by SouthwestSupply most certainly will be replaced with the correct item or refunded at our discretion . You may possibly be able to keep an item shipped in error by us at no charge to you, in some cases.

Damages

Damages are rare but can happen. Damage must be reported for your protection within 48HRS of delivery of your shipment. INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT FOR DAMAGE WHEN YOU RECIEVE IT! NOT 3 DAYS LATER!!!. HELP US HELP YOU!

FAILURE TO REPORT DAMAGE WITHIN DESCRIBED TIME FRAME BY E-MAIL OR FAX WILL RESULT IN YOU HAVING TO FILE THE CLAIM AND "ATTEMPT" TO COLLECT FROM THE SHIPPING COMPANY AT THE EXPENSE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

To file a DAMAGE CLAIM for shipments you signed for (have been delivered) , use this link to file via email DAMAGED SHIPMENT or you may fax your claim to (801) 466-6981 you MUST include your Name and order #. Your order # was given to you at the time you placed your order on the phone or was sent to you on via the e-mail address you supplied when you placed your order on-line (see your confirmation) and a brief desciption of the damage

If it is a TRUCK SHIPMENT, note the damage or shortage (IN DETAIL) and the number of boxes you received on the BILL OF LADING. If the Shipment appears to be in less than good shape open it in front of the truck driver before you sign for it, if it is damaged refuse it! Then use this link to notify us of the refusal due to damage via email Please include your order# REFUSED SHIPMENT DUE TO DAMAGE We will contact you for reshipment

IN THE EVENT OF A DAMAGED SHIPMENT EITHER UPS OR TRUCK ,SAVE ALL OF THE BOXES AND PACKAGING MATERIALS No claim will be accepted by the shipping company if you fail to do this! Meaning you own damaged product.
